Swing Trading Strategy - Stock Entry Parameters

Description :
      For stock entry point we use 6 parameters with 3 technical indicators and 3 fundamental analysis,
      We will study each parameter one by one in detail to determine a perfect stock entry point,

Technical Parameters :
1.  Stock with RSI less than 30 :
      A stock with RSI reading less than 30 indicates that the stock is over sold zone which means the stock price is bottom out and ready to reverse,

2.  Stock near Support or Demand zone :
      Draw a trendline and mark a support zone which shows that stock price is bottom and share demand increases and stock price will reverse,

3.  Stock with PVT line crossing signal line in uptrend :
      In this we use 2 technical indicator like price volume trend { PVT } as a trend line and exponential moving average [ EMA 50 } as a signal line, When a PVT line crosses EMA line in a upward direction shows that the stock is bullish trend OR if PVT line in downtrend and became reverse to uptrend shows bull signs,

Fundamental Parameters :
4.  Stock with Positive growth Quarterly result :
      Stock with positive growth quarterly result means difference of sales and profit between past quarter and recent quarter { QoQ } And difference between past year same quarter and recent quarter { YoY } should be positive growth figures, For IT and Banking stocks we compare QoQ result and other stocks we compare YoY,

5.  Stock with Avg 3 years Sales and Profit growth { in % } is more than 10 :
      Stock with avg 3years sales and profit growth % is more than 10 means the stock in past 3year period as grown his sales and profit in positive  double digit growth means stock is in good fundamental bussiness, No red flag, Stock is in  growth trajectory,

6.  Analyse a Stocks  Recent and Future Events and Corporate Action :
     Analyse Stocks recnt and future events and corporate action means the stock price can be influence by events like Quarterly result, Annual report, Board of Meeting etc, And Corporate action like Dividend, Share Bonus, Share Split etc, And News like Mergers and Acquisitions, Fresh Orders and Contracts, So we need to find and analyse such events before enter the stock,

Note :  Apply this 6 Technical and fundamental parameters only for stocks found in screener.in query results and Refer Fund and Risk management chapter before entry the stock,
